30-day returns
Most physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and packaging, with all parts included.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at help@martvaluehub.com or +1 907-488-7707. Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled for a full refund.
Non-returnable items
- Delivered gift cards, memberships and software codes.
- Opened supplements, personal care items and pet grooming products.
- Used, damaged or incomplete items.
- Final-sale items.
Damaged or incorrect items
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including return shipping.
How to return
- Email help@martvaluehub.com with your order number and the items to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack items securely and ship with tracking.
Please wait for authorization before shipping. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to post them.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
Gifts
Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you are refunded as store credit. Other refunds go to the purchaser.
